Who is responsible

The controller is Marcel Trinks, the German sole proprietor identified in the Legal Notice (Impressum). For privacy requests, email digitalmarketingexperts24@gmail.com.

Serving and protecting the website

This is a static website. Delivering it still involves request data, such as IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security-related signals, at the serving provider. Cloudflare Workers Static Assets is the intended hosting service. The Cloudflare account has been checked; actual production logging features, processing arrangements and retention settings still require verification. We do not claim that hosting is limited to the EU or that no personal data is processed.

We use necessary technical request data to deliver the pages you request and protect their availability and security. Our legitimate interests in operating and protecting this publication are the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use these requests to build visitor advertising profiles. Hosting/security retention: No application request-log database or Worker request logging is enabled. Cloudflare network/security records follow service, security and legal-necessity criteria in its applicable terms and privacy information; no unsupported fixed deletion period is promised..

Cloudflare’s published Self-Serve Subscription Agreement incorporates its Data Processing Addendum for covered customer personal data. The addendum addresses processing instructions, subprocessors and restricted international transfers, including standard contractual clauses. Cloudflare also describes separate network/security processing in its terms and privacy policy. Disabling this Worker’s application observability does not disable every provider-side security record. We do not operate an application request-log database or enable Worker request logging in the launch configuration.

Browser features and tracking

Our build does not set application cookies, use localStorage or sessionStorage, install tracking pixels, run fingerprinting code, register service workers or load browser analytics. Search and the machine finder operate on this page in your browser; their text and answers are not sent to us. A closed sticky prompt remains closed only within the current page; there is no persistent preference or visitor identifier.

Files such as fonts, images and scripts are served from the same website. Ordinary browser caching may store those files. The build does not embed third-party videos, remote fonts or advertising scripts. Optional analytics and affiliate-click collection are disabled. A consent banner is not added for disabled technologies; any future nonessential terminal access must be reassessed before activation. Cloudflare settings capable of injecting analytics or challenges must also be checked before launch.

Affiliate links and external destinations

Some ordinary links lead through Geniuslink to Amazon marketplaces. These are affiliate links: they can support this publication when a qualifying purchase occurs. No Geniuslink rewriting script, Amazon OneLink or custom visitor geolocation runs on our page. No merchant request is initiated by an affiliate link until you choose to follow it.

Following a link sends a request to its destination, which receives network information such as your IP address, browser request details and the product/referral parameters in that link. Our links suppress the page referrer; this does not hide your IP address from the destination. Geniuslink and the merchant apply their own processing terms, which can include redirect/click records or marketplace cookies. Clicking does not authorize unrelated tracking on this website. We publish disclosed product links to finance this publication; destination providers determine the processing needed for their own redirect or merchant services. No commission, sale or consent exemption is inferred from a click.

Geniuslink is provided by GeoRiot Networks, Inc. Its published policy distinguishes link localisation, analytics and its own retention decisions; a single processor-only description would be incomplete. It describes processing in the United States and contractual transfer safeguards. Its published statements about transient IP handling differ in detail, so we do not promise a precise deletion time for your redirect request. Other click/device data follow that provider’s retention criteria. We do not combine its data with named visitor profiles. Merchant processing begins at the destination and is governed by that merchant’s notice.

Contact messages

If you contact us directly by email, we use your message, return address and correspondence details to answer your inquiry. These details also pass through the receiving mailbox service, Google Gmail, under its applicable regional service and privacy terms. Only information needed to handle the inquiry should be sent. Emailing us is separate from using a website contact form.

Google’s published privacy and retention information explains that stored content can remain until deleted, deletion may take additional time in active or backup systems, and some information may be kept for security or legal reasons. We do not claim that every Gmail message disappears automatically after 30 days: the published 30-day behaviour relates to messages moved to Trash. No Google Workspace processing agreement, EU-only mailbox location or fixed provider-wide deletion deadline is asserted for this Gmail address.

No contact form is enabled in this build. The prepared Cloudflare Worker endpoint requires verified sender and recipient configuration, provider/transfer review, a retention policy and assessment of the processing ground before activation. No message can currently be submitted through this website.

We handle contractual or pre-contractual inquiries under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and other correspondence under our legitimate interest in responding to requests, Article 6(1)(f). Correspondence is deleted when no longer necessary for the inquiry, follow-up or a specific legal retention duty or legal claim. Do not send sensitive personal information unnecessarily.

Reporting and subscriptions

No browser analytics or affiliate-click collection runs on this website. Any private operational reports are not delivered as public website files and do not activate browser tracking. Newsletter enrollment and autonomous article publication are not active. New processing services require an updated notice and appropriate controls before activation.

International processing and retention

Cloudflare, Geniuslink/GeoRiot and Google may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Cloudflare’s linked processing addendum describes standard contractual clauses for covered restricted transfers. GeoRiot describes contractual safeguards in its linked privacy information; Google describes its international processing and transfer frameworks in its privacy information. These references explain the providers’ mechanisms; they are not an EU-only location or universal deletion guarantee. Contact the controller through the privacy email above for information about the applicable safeguards.

Retention follows the purpose, documented deletion criteria and applicable legal obligations. The application stores no request-log database and does not collect contact messages through an enabled website form. Provider network/security records and mailbox copies can have separate retention requirements. We do not sell contact messages or use them for an undisclosed mailing list.

For correspondence, the deletion criterion is whether the inquiry is resolved and the information is still necessary for follow-up, a specific legal retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. This criterion is separate from Google’s own security/back-up retention. Providing an email address is voluntary; a reply requires a usable return address and sufficient information to understand the inquiry. Website delivery necessarily requires the technical request information described above.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the applicable requirements, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future without affecting prior lawful processing. You can complain to a competent supervisory authority, including one in your place of residence or work. Use the privacy email above for requests; the controller’s particulars are in the linked Legal Notice.

Provide only the information needed to identify a request; do not send identity documents unsolicited. No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects is implemented in this build. Provider-side practices and additional rights applicable to the actual international targeting require separate review.
