As an emerging nitro cold brew coffee company, our sales representatives play a crucial make-or-break role in the success of our products. At Confluence Coffee Co., we work hard to make ready-to-drink coffee products that people want to talk about. Now we need someone who can help us build a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into customers through charismatic knowledge of our products and coffee trends. 


You will be challenged to keep open lines of communication, build customer relationships, and educate others about Confluence’s product philosophy. At the end of the day, you will be measured and rewarded by your ability to close business and also your ability to create evangelists who will tell our story to their friends.

You should have a passion for coffee and craft products and the ability to create exceptional customer experiences. While individual contributions are crucial, teamwork is essential to achieve the highest level of success. Job Responsibilities


·      Engage and sell store buyers on our nitro cold brew coffee

·      Identify new and creative leads

·      Responsible for hitting monthly sales targets

·      Do in-store demos and work with outsourced demo team to fill in the gaps

·      Be the face and point of contact of Confluence Coffee Co. to potential and new customers


Desired Qualifications


·      You love coffee and have a strong desire to talk to people about it

·      2+ years previous grocery, craft beer, or coffee sales strongly preferred

·      Must be flexible working weekends

·      Prior experience generating customer leads preferred

·      Must have a car with a valid drivers license and be able to travel throughout Virginia and North Carolina
